What VPFC Provides for Our Members:

✔️ An FA Accredited Club, meeting the highest standards of safeguarding, coaching, and child protection.
✔️ A fully trained Club Welfare Officer (CWO) ensuring all FA and legal safeguarding policies are followed.
✔️ A volunteer-led, non-profit club, with all funds reinvested into coaching, equipment, and opportunities for players.
✔️ Qualified coaches, including parents and former players, encouraged and supported to gain FA coaching certifications.
✔️ A positive, respectful environment, ensuring all players are given opportunities to learn, improve, and have fun.
What We Ask from Parents & Guardians:
⚽ Stay on-site during training – an adult must always be present in case of injury or emergency.
🦺 Ensure your child wears shin guards – for safety, they cannot train without them.
🌦️ Dress them for the weather – think ahead and make sure they are comfortable.
🥤 Bring drinks & snacks – staying hydrated and refuelled is important.
⏳ Support session structure – ensure your child arrives on time and completes the full session.
👏 Encourage & support all players – positive reinforcement helps every child enjoy their football.
🙌 Respect our volunteers – remember, every coach and organiser is giving their time for free.
