Team Administrator

The Team Administrator is a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and organisation within each team. This role allows coaches to focus on football, while the administrator handles the day-to-day logistics.


Key Responsibilities

📝 Membership & Admin Support

  • Manage new member requests on Pitchero.
  • Track team lists, group sizes, and waiting lists with the Head Coach.

📢 Communication & Parent Liaison

  • Answer parent queries and help them navigate club processes.
  • Share important updates (e.g., schedule changes, training cancellations).
  • Ensure parents are aware of league fixtures, kit requirements, and events.

đź“… Session & Match Organisation

  • Coordinate session location changes, e.g., winter training at Harpenden Astro.
  • Ensure players know their fixture schedules & logistics (League teams only).

Desirable Experience or Qualifications

✅ No prior admin experience needed—just strong organisation skills.
âś… Comfortable using email, Pitchero, and WhatsApp for communication.
âś… Enjoys working with parents, coaches, and club volunteers.


Time Commitment

🕒 Estimated at 1 hour per week, depending on the team’s needs.
