Most of our league teams train on the floodlit astroturf at St Albans Girls’ School (STAGS), with some squads at other sites. This page shows which nights we have pitches booked across the 2026/27 season, and which teams train when.

- Nights booked at STAGS: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Session times: 🕕 6:00-7:00 PM or 🕖 7:00-8:00 PM – every session is one of these two slots. Check the table below for your team.
- Season runs: Monday 7th September 2026 to Thursday 29th April 2027
- Footwear: moulded boots or astro trainers only – no metal studs or blades

❌ Weeks With No Training
The pitch is booked every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during term time. STAGS is a school site, so it closes when the school does – these six weeks are the Hertfordshire school holidays. There is no booking on any night during them:
