VPFC is a community-led, not-for-profit football club—and our volunteers are the heart of everything we do. From coaching to administration, every role is filled by parents and community members giving their time to help children enjoy football in a fun, inclusive, and safe environment.
Without volunteers, we simply couldn’t run the club. Every training session, every match, every behind-the-scenes detail—it all happens because people step forward to help.

Football Roles ⚽
Head Coach – League – Lead training & matchdays for our League teams. FA qualifications available.
Head Coach – Skills – Lead training sessions for Skills groups, focusing on development & fun.
Assistant Coach – League – Support League training & matchdays.
Assistant Coach – Skills – Help deliver engaging training sessions for Skills groups.
Football Development Lead – Shape the club’s playing philosophy & training curriculum.
Club Management Roles 🏆
League Secretary – Support our League teams, liaise with Herts Youth League & manage registrations.
Team Administrators – Help manage team admin, including new member requests & communications.
Communications Officer – Assist with website updates, social media & club news.
Technical & Content Specialist Roles 🎨💻
Graphic Designers / AI Graphic Specialists – Assist with rebranding & club badge design.
Web Designers / Developers – Help update & maintain the club’s website.
Club Photographer – Capture match action, training sessions & club events to showcase VPFC.
